These terms are the deal between you and How To ERLC when you use howtoerlc.xyz. Using the site means you agree to them.
Accounts are created by signing in with Discord; there is no separate password. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Discord account secure. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements to use How To ERLC.
You own what you submit and you are responsible for it: listings, profiles, reviews, and everything else you post must be yours to share and accurate. By submitting content you grant How To ERLC a non-exclusive right to display and distribute it on the website and in the How To ERLC Discord server (including through our bot showcasing approved listings). You can end that license for a piece of content by deleting it.
Marketplace transactions happen directly between buyer and seller, arranged through Discord. How To ERLC does not process payments, hold funds in escrow, guarantee any sale, or mediate disputes. Deal only with people you trust and keep records of your transactions. Listings are reviewed before going live, but approval is not an endorsement or a guarantee of the seller.
We may remove listings, deny submissions, edit visibility, or ban accounts at our discretion to keep the platform safe, including for conduct outside this list that harms the community. Denied submissions include a reason where practical.
How To ERLC is one ecosystem. A ban from the How To ERLC Discord server means loss of access to the website, your listings, and all How To ERLC features, and a ban from the website means removal from the Discord server. Bans may be appealed through the Discord server where an appeal process is offered.
Advertising plans are one-time purchases; there is no recurring billing. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price you pay. Promotional discounts are time-limited and end on their stated date. Purchases are arranged through a ticket in our Discord server.
How To ERLC is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from transactions between users. The service is free; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific feature giving rise to the claim, if any.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced in our Discord server and reflected in the date above. Questions go to the How To ERLC Discord server, our official contact channel.
